Beauty Shoot - India Hobson

I recently did a Beauty shoot with the lovely and very very talented India http://www.indiahobsonphotography.co.uk/. The model was Amiee Kearsley who had a great look. We decided on 3 different looks.

MariaLau Shoot

I did a shoot for MariaLau http://www.marialau.co.uk/ who is a fantastic up and coming Jewellery designer. The day was full of excitement and although a long day was well worth it! Below are some of the more creative pics of the day and I am loving the Geisha/Tribal theme we went for.
The key colours of the day were white and Lilac. I went for Illamasqua eye shadows http://www.illamasqua.com/ that were fantastic and had high colour pigment. They worked especially well when wet! Looking forward to see new collection on Maria's website.

Jordana's Wedding

Here are a few pictures from lovely Jordana's Wedding. Jordana decided on a soft hairstyle gathered to the side into a soft pretty chignon. We let some loose pieces of hair down to flatter the face and give some body in the hair behind the gorgeous diamante headband.

For the makeup Jordana decided on smokey grey eye makeup and a set of Girls Aloud false lashes that looked fab! The rest of the makeup was kept light and sheer, with translucent powder to set and prevent too much shine.

The last picture is Jordana's sister (who looks very much like Jordana!) She decided on a soft navy for the eyes, also with a set of Girls Aloud lashes.

Inspired by a Klimt painting - Body painting and photography I did whilst in college was then used by South Trafford college for their 09/10 prospectus :-)

Hair and Makeup Manchester

Shoot with India and stylist Lora. I loved being let loose with the crimpers on Rachels hair and we got to use my handmade headpieces (orange/red pom pom and the White rose head piece)which look fab againest the models red hair colour. Love the contrast of the pale skin and whitened eyebrows against the colours of the clothes.
